Advance Booking & Refund Condition

All advance bookings made through this website will be valid only after the required N.O.C. from the Mela Authority and acquisition/availability of the required land for Kumbh India Kutir 

If the required N.O.C. from the Mela Authority and/or acquisition/availability of the required land is not obtained due to any reason, the entire booking amount will be refunded before one month of the start of the Kumbh Mela, subject to applicable payment processing timelines.

By making an advance booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts this condition.
