Reservation Confirmation

• A booking shall be confirmed only upon receipt of 30% advance payment of the total package value.
• A confirmation voucher will be issued after successful payment and confirmation of the reservation.

Payment Schedule

Important Notes

• Guests must complete the additional 50% payment at least 60 days before arrival to retain their reservation.
• Failure to make scheduled payments may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
• For bookings made within 60 days of arrival, 80% payment may be required immediately.
• For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, 100% advance payment may be required.
• All bookings are subject to accommodation availability, applicable terms and conditions, and required permissions for the Kumbh Mela accommodation project.
• All advance bookings made through this website will be valid only after the required N.O.C. from the Mela Authority and acquisition/availability of the required land.
• If the required N.O.C. from the Mela Authority and/or acquisition/availability of the required land is not obtained due to any reason, the entire booking amount will be refunded before one month of the start of the Kumbh Mela, subject to applicable payment processing timelines.

Booking & Payment

Guests are requested to ensure that the information provided at the time of booking is accurate and complete. The booking confirmation and payment schedule communicated by Kumbh India Kutir  shall apply to the respective reservation.
