No Show / Early Departure
- No refund shall be applicable for no-shows, unused services, or early departures.
- Any unused portion of the booked accommodation or services shall not be eligible for a refund.

Important Refund Condition
All advance bookings made through this website are subject to the required N.O.C. from the Mela Authority and acquisition/availability of the required land.
If the required N.O.C. and/or land acquisition/availability is not obtained due to any reason, the entire booking amount will be refunded before one month of the start of the Kumbh Mela, subject to applicable payment processing timelines.
